Licence
When you download Thermal you get the right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. For the App Store version, Apple's standard end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies; for the Google Play version, the Google Play terms of service apply. Where they conflict with these terms, the store's terms take precedence.
Premium and subscriptions
Thermal is free to download and can be used for free with limited features. Additional features are unlocked with Thermal Premium: a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID on the App Store or to your Google account on Google Play. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
- Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial: the yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial. The trial is offered once per store account, and eligibility is decided by Apple or Google. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Cancelling and managing: you can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; there are no partial refunds for the remaining period.
- Refunds: refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, who take the payment.
- Restoring: Premium belongs to the store account it was bought with and can be activated on up to 5 devices with that account using Restore purchases.
- Changes: the features included in Premium and the prices may change; price increases are communicated in advance according to store rules.
Not investment advice
Thermal is an information tool. RSI values, colours, zone names (such as "oversold" and "overbought"), alerts and any other content in the app are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.
Data accuracy and availability
Market data is computed from third-party exchange data. We take care to keep it accurate, complete and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. There may be delays, outages, incorrect values, and notifications that arrive late or not at all. Notifications depend on Apple's and Google's infrastructure and their delivery is not guaranteed. We recommend that you don't rely on alerts for time-critical trades.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access the servers the app uses from outside the app, or to collect or redistribute data automatically.
- Do not reverse engineer the app, circumvent its security measures or use it in a way that disrupts the service.
- If we detect use that breaks these rules, we may restrict access for the device concerned.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including lost profits and investment losses) arising from using or being unable to use the app, from errors in the data, or from notifications that don't arrive. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and we will announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
