RSI measures the strength of recent price moves on a 0 to 100 scale. Thermal turns that number into colour, so you look at the market instead of reading tables.

The top half is hot, the bottom half cold. The further a coin sits from the centre, the more extreme its RSI. Coins in an extreme zone glow, so your eye goes straight to them.

RSI (Relative Strength Index) is a widely used technical indicator that measures the strength of an asset's gains and losses over the last 14 candles on a 0–100 scale. Above 70 is usually read as overbought, below 30 as oversold. Thermal uses the standard 14-period RSI.
RSI values are computed on our servers from the candle data of Binance Spot and Futures USDT pairs. They update roughly every minute as prices move, and again at every candle close. While the app is open, the screen refreshes by itself.
No. Thermal is an information tool and does not make buy or sell recommendations. RSI on its own is not a trading signal, and past movements do not guarantee future prices.
Because it isn't needed. On first launch the app creates an anonymous ID that belongs to your phone, and your alerts are linked to it. We don't ask for personal information.
Choose the yearly plan and the first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged; otherwise the yearly subscription starts. The trial is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be used once per account; deleting and reinstalling the app does not restart it.
On iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. There is also a "Manage subscription" link in the app's Settings screen. After cancelling, Premium stays on until the end of the period.
Premium is tied to your Apple or Google account: install the app on your new phone with the same account and tap "Restore purchases". Alerts belong to the device and don't move over, so you'll need to set them again. Favourites and settings are stored on your device.
Check that Thermal is allowed to send notifications in your phone settings and that your quiet hours don't cover that time. There is a full checklist on the support page.
Apple or Google take the payment, so refunds go through their process: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in the Play Store for Google Play.
